Q: What time is check-in / check-out?
A: Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
※ Check-in time may vary depending on accommodation plan.

Q: Can children stay free of charge?
A: Children between ages 0 and 5 can stay free of charge if sleeping in the same bed. 
Children over 6 years are charged full price.

Q: Can I pay in advance?
The following methods are available. Should you need more details, please contact us directly.

Q: Can I use a credit card for payment?
A: We accept VISA · MASTER · JCB · AMEX · UC · Diners · Debit card · CUP card · DCC  cards. 

Q: Is there a breakfast service?
Breakfast is served on the first floor of the all-day dining restaurant, "La Terrazza."

Child (6-12 years old) ¥ 2,500 (excluding tax)

Q: Is there a non-smoking room?
A: All rooms are non-smoking.

Q: Is parking available on site?
A: The hotel has an outdoor private parking space. Please note that there is a parking charge.
※ There are limited numbers of units. Please note that it is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi? 
A: Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) high-speed Internet connection service is available throughout the hotel free of charge. 

Q: Is there a cancellation fee? 
A: Please inform us about cancellations at least three days before arrival. In case you cancel later than that, the following fees occur: 
2 days before:  20% of room charge
previous day:   50% of room charge
on the day:       80% of room charge
no show:           100% of room charge
